These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reddit Insights by iEcho Chrome extension and website (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
Reddit Insights by iEcho is a Chrome extension that analyzes publicly available Reddit posts and comments to generate AI-powered community insights. The Service is provided by Reddit Insights by iEcho ("we", "us", or "our").
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The Service includes a limited number of free analyses upon install. Additional analyses may require purchasing credits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction date by contacting us at iechoinsights@gmail.com. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.
All content, design, and code comprising the Service are the property of Reddit Insights by iEcho and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated insights produced by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The Service accesses Reddit's public API and uses OpenAI's API to generate insights. Your use of the Service is also subject to Reddit's Terms of Service and OpenAI's Terms of Use. We are not responsible for any changes to those third-party services that affect the functionality of our Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated insights will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Insights are generated automatically and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reddit Insights by iEcho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated insights. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
